SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 unless otherwise noted. We run frequent deals to offer free shipping with a minimum purchase, so be on the lookout for specials!

Items are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the items have been shipped, which will include a tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of an order, please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers may return product, whether defective or for other reasons, within 30 days of receipt of their product.

The non-defective product must be unworn and in a resalable condition.

Customers may request a store credit or exchange product that is priced at the same value on our website. To do this, contact Linen and Pearl by emailing linenandpearlboutique@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and what items you would like to exchange or return.

For returning and/or exchanging product that is defective or does not fit, Linen and Pearl will email a return label that comes at no cost in the continental US to the customer and can be adhered to the box the product is being returned in. Linen and Pearl does not cover return and shipping costs to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please be aware that any product that a customer exchanges after the first exchange will be at the customer's shipping expense.

For returning and/or exchanging a product the original shipping fee will not be refunded, however, any costs to return and/or exchange the product are covered by Linen and Pearl. Linen and Pearl is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Linen and Pearl is not liable to match sale price should a sale occur after original purchase.
